General Policies
- Gift Cards and Spa Packages are non-refundable.
- Repetitive no-shows or last minute cancellations affect our employees &
clients. Repeat offenders will be asked to pay a deposit to make an appointment.
We can refuse to serve any client if we feel it's in the best interest of
our business.
- Our salon professionals make every effort to accommodate your hair requests.
If you're not happy with your service, please ask to speak with a member of
management before you leave the premises.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled massage or facial service.
If you are part of a large group, please arrange your desired services prior
to arrival.
- SpaWish and SpaFinder Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase Spa
Packages or Accent On You Gift Cards. If using SpaWish and SpaFinder Gift
Certificates as payment for services, no discounts will be applied. The full
service price will be charged.
Cancellation and Lateness Policies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life.
Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, and illness
are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients and out of consideration
for our team members' time, we have adopted the following policies:
- 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointmnet
- If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment; this amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for
whatever reason, without calling, will be considered a "no show". "No shows" will
be charged for the missed appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Lateness Policy
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your appointment
may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Depending upon how late you arrive, the team member will determine if there is enough time remaining
to fulfill your appointment. Regardless of the length of the appointment, you will be charged for
the full price of the appointment. The team member will discuss options with you upon your arrival.
