General Policies
- Gift Cards and Spa Packages are non-refundable.
- Repetitive no-shows or last minute cancellations affect our employees & clients. Therefore, repeat offenders will be asked to pay a deposit to make an appointment. We can refuse to serve any client if we feel it's in the best interest of our business.
Salon Policies:
- Our salon professionals make every effort to accommodate your hair requests. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with your service, please ask to speak with a member of management before you leave the premises.
Spa Policies:
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled massage or facial service. There is paperwork that must be completed prior to these services. If you are part of a large group, please arrange your desired services prior to arrival. It is difficult to modify schedules for groups on the day of the event.
